WHEREAS, Resolution Noa 3079 provided for the sale of X1,7009000 Water Bonds of
1963 and provided for taxes to be levied for the payment of principal
and interest thereon, and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to cannel or reduce sash a.d valorem tax levy to
be levied in 1973 to the extent that such reduction is possible by
reason of transfer from the Water Utility T'und, and
WHEREAS, Such transfer sha11 be charged to the Water Utility 'Fund, and
WHEREAS, `1'he ad valorem tax levy requirement includes a 5°lo excess provisiono
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVE:0 by the cit~,y council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followsa
1, 't'hat the transfer and appropriation of $1379085 from the Water
Utility Fund to the Water Bonds of 1963 fund is hereby authorized
