1. 'T'hat the transfer and appropriation of $17,204 from the Improvement
Bonds of 1954 fund to the Improvement Bonds of 1951 Fund is hereby
authorized and directed.
2. `That the transfer a~*dd appropriation of X169047 from the Water Utility
B`und to the Improv~€~ent Bonds of 1961 Fund is hereby authorized and
directed,
B. 'ghat the amount to be levied i~n 19739 collectible in 19`4, on Resolu~
Lion No. 2624, in the amount of ~~5,QQ0, is ~~ereby cancelled.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2624 provided for the sale of X191559®OQ Improvement Bonds
of 1961 and provided for taxes to be levied for the repayment of principal
and interest thereon, and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to cancel or redoes such ad valorem tax levies to 'be
levied in 1973 to the extent that such reduction is possi`b1e by reason of
transfers from the Lmprovement Bonds of 1954 Fund a.nd the Water Utility
Fund, and
WHEREAS, `?~la.ere is presently sufficient funds available in the Tmprovement Bonds of
1954 Fund to pa.y all remaining principal and. interest on such bonds, and
WHEREAS, Such transfer from the Improvement Bonds of 1954 fund sha11 be from surplus
monies not needed for the payment of principal and interest in that fund,
and
WHEREAS, Such. transfers sha11 be charged to the Water Utility fund, and
WHEREAS, 'Z`h.e ad valorem tax levy requirement includes a 5°Io excess provision,
