WHERl~'AS, oily share of costs have been paid in the sum of $207,250.009
NOT~T, '1~I~REI;~RF, 81; I1' R:~S~I,VSP by the oily co~anoil of the City of Richfield
as follows:
1. '1'h.at the cost of storm sewer oonstruotion in the above desoribed
area to be speoially assessed is hereby declared to be at least
20% of the total oast, or $69,871..13, and therefore this sum will
be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2, ''h.at said. assessment sha11 run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of $% per annum.
3. ~e oity olerk shall forthws.th caloulate the proper amot~.nt to be
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land affected without regard to Dash valuation, as
provided by laws and 'h.e sha11 file a Dopy of snob proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection.
4. `I`he olerk shall notify the counoil upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
