RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREET FROM THE ANNUAL
STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAri
CITY PRO.IECT NO. 655
WIIER.EA5, an investigation indicated that 2nd Avenue between 76th
and 77th Street was found to be serviceable for the immediate future.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, riinnesota, as follows:
1. That the following location be deleted from the Annual
Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No.
655.
2. That no benefit be charged to the abutting property owners.
