WHEREAS, by Resolution No. passed by the c:s~.nc91 on the 27th day of
August, 19`/3, the city clerk Teas z~.rected to prepare a pra~~r~sed assessment t~~1.1 ®f
the cost of street improvement s.nd oiling, City Project N®. 655, and
~n7HSREAS, tYe~= c~.ty clerk Yeas notified the council that such proposed assess
ment has been completed and filed in his office for pub~.ic inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESO:~,VE3~ by the city council o:~c the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public Yeasting shall be held on the 2~.th day of September, 1973, in the
council chambers of the Richfield City Hall, at 7:00 psm., to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all parsons ®wning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with ref'e~rence to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
..least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of X19,292.13.
