WHEREAS, city share of costs have been gaid in the sum of

followso
1. 7:`h.at the cost of street improvement and oiling in the above described area
to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20% of the total
cost, or $19,292.13, and therefore this sum will be assessed against privately
owned property benefited therebyq

2. ghat sand assessment shall run for a period of 3 years and include interest
at the rate of 8% per annum.
3. 'T'kze city clerk sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount ~o be assessed
for such improvement ag;ain~t every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land
affected without regard to cash ~raluation, as provided by law, and he shall
file a cagy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
