RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREETS FROM THE ANiVUAL STREET
IMPROVEMENT A~tD OILING PP.OGRAi~ ASSESSMENT ROLL
CITY PROdEGT N0. ~32~:
WHEREAS, certain locations scheduled for improvement tsndex the Annual Street
Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 626, were else included in a
storm sewer construction project, and
WiiEREAS, the cost of the annual street impr~avement for these streets was
included as part of the utility construction cost.
NOW TiiEREFORE•, I3E IT P.ESOLVED by the City Co'.xncil of the City of Richfield,
hiinnesata, as follows;
1. That the follow%ng locations be deleted from the Annual Street
Improvement and Uiling Program Assessment Rc].l, City Project
No. 626.
2. That no benefit be charged to the abutting property owners;
