'~ BE IT RESOI,VEI~ by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as followsa
1. That the city clerk has, with the assistance of the city engineer, calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of sidewalks City project No.
644, against every assessable lots p.~.ece, or parcel of laud vpec:lally benefited thereby
in accordance with the provis~.ons of laws and the proposed assessment so ;~h~dra up was
filed with the city clerle for more than 1; days prior to th.e assessment hearing and was
open to public inspection during said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment.
3. That an apportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
objections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
~~e ar ing .
4. That the city council has heretofore duly established City project No. 644 and
after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or parcel of
land and fu1.1y advisa..ng itself in t'he premises, has fol~nd and determined and hereby
declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed
assessment roll was improved by reason of the constr~zction of said City project No. 644
and has been and i.s special:ly benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment
ro11 opposite each, such. lot, pa.ece or parcel of land,
5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of. $1,46,51 is hereby affirmed,
adopted and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied
against each of the respective lots, pieces, or pa?°cels of ?.and thereirx desr~ribed.
6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confi7~med and shall. be certified
by the city clerk and f~_led in his office, and shall thereupon be and censta_~:.ute the
special assessment for said sidewalk coFastructiorA, City project i1o. 644.
7® The assessment with accra.~iALg inte;:est.s shall be a lien upon the property in~
eluded therein, concurrent with general taxes, and shall be payable in equal annual
