RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1973 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR PERMANENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

' WHEREAS, by Resolution No, 5067, passed by the council on the 13th day of
August, th.e city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll of the
cast of permanent street construction, City Project No. 642, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 10th day of September, 1973, in the
Council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement,
