X33 ~~ IJ~ RCS®~`1~:~ by the City Council of the O~.ty of Richfield., ~ennep.s.n Ge~unt~, 1'~'nnesota, as follows; 1. `1'~:aa.t the city cler~e has, with the assistance of the city e•~gineer, calc~.la•ted the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of storm sewer, Ci•~y Project N®. 633, against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was fled w:~th the city clergy for more than 1:5 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection d~iring said period. ~. `mat notice has been d•~ly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the p~c~posed a.ssess® went. 3. mat an ©pportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing. 4. `1'l~at the city council has heretofore duly established City P•~oject No. b33, a.nd after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece ®r parcel ®f land and fully advising itself in the premises, has f®und and determined and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel ®f land included in sa~.d proposed assessment ro11 was improved by reason of the construction of said City Project 1Vo. 633, and has been and is specially benefited in the am®unt set ®ut in said proposed assess- ment ro11 ®pposite each such lot, piece or parcel of land. 5. 'I''i2e prop®sed total assessment in the amount of ;,35,880.13 is hereby affirmed, ad®pted and confirmed and the sums firmed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed, ad®pted and conf~.rmed as tkae proper special assessment fcr each ®f said lots, pieces, or parcels of land respectively, a.nd said a~n«~unt so set o.~t is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, o•x parcels ®f land therein described. 6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confirmed and shall be certified by the city cler:4c and filed in his off~,ce, and shall thereup~•~a be and constitute the special assessment for said storm sewer construction, City Project ~u. X33. ?. The assessment w-~th accr•aing interest, shall be a lien upon the property in- cluded therein, c~ncu~rrent with. general ta~?es, and shall be payable in equal annual installments e?~tending ®ver a period of 20 years, ~e f~.rst installment shall be pay- able ®n the first M®~~da.y in Ja.~~uary ®f 19~~. x.11 assessments steal~~ bear interest at the rate csf 8% per ann~~m. ~,o the first installment shall be added interest o•~. t?ae entire assessment from the date of this resol•~.eion ~^ntil ~9ecember 31, 1934, to each saabsequent installment shall be ad~~ed is~Lterest for one year ~~~* all unpaid instal~!•ments.
