WiTERLAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 9th day of July,
1973 fixed a date for a hearing on the progased improvement of:
Street Improvement District cdo. 13. That area bounded on
the north by 62nd Street, east by 11th Avenue, south by
66th Street, and west by East Pleasant Avenue
by ornamental street lights and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of ttae required notice and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon on the 2nd day of August,
1973.
NOW THEREFORE, ICE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 4980 adopted on the 14th day of riay, 1973, except
that the follocaing shall be deleted:
East Pleasant Avenue from 66th Street to north city limits
1973.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
