WIiEItEAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on tl~e 9th day of July,
1973, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
Street Improvement District No. 13. That area bounded
on the north by 62nd Street, east by 11th Avenue, south
by 66th Street, and west by East Pleasant Avenue
by permanent paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon on the 2nd day of August,
1973.
IdOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Richfield,

1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 49$0 adopted on the 14th day of May, 1973, except
that the following sha11 be deleted:
East Pleasant Avenue from 66th Street to north city limits
1973.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such, improvement.
