R~SOLU~IOIQ ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGIiTS

WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 9th day of July, 1973
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
Street Improvement District No. 6. That area bounded on
the north by 66th Street, east by Portland Avenue, south
by 73rd Street and west by East Pleasant Avenue
by Ornamental street lights and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon on the 1st day of August, 1973.
NOW THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,

1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 4980 adopted on the 14th day of May, 1973, except
that the following shall be deleted:
70th Street from Portland Avenue to East Pleasant Avenue
4th Avenue from 67th Street to 68th Street
•East Pleasant Avenue from 6bth Street to 73rd Street
1973.
2. That Urr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement,
