RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
N0. 57148M BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS, THE CITY OF MTNNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA AND THE CITY
OF RI CT-iFIELD, MINNESOTA

TiE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. That the City enter into a Tri-Party Agreement No. 57148M with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways and the City of Minneapolis, for
the following purposes, to wit: Maintenance and electric energy for the Traffic
Control Signals and Freeway Surveillance System at the Trunk Highway No. 35W
Interchange Ramps and Lyndale Avenue in the City of Minneapolis and the City
of Richfield.
2. That said agreement is hereby approved and adopted and the Mayor and
Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of July,
1973.
