1973-5044rRESOLUTION NO. 5044 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1973 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal pro- gre s sion through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each c1a s s be established by council resolution and, WHEREAS the city administration has recommended that a position class- ification entitled Administrative Analyst be established in the General Services pay plan, and WHEREAS there has been determined that there is a need for such a position to be assigned to the Department of Public Safety, and WHEREAS, the Administrative Analyst would perform important duties in the assisting of the Director of Public Safety in the task of. coordinating and improving the police, fire and civil defense division services.
