RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORTS AND CALLING
FIEARINGS ON 1974 PERMANENT STREET' IMPROVEMENTS ORNAMENTAL STREET
LIGHTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETOo
CITY PROJECT NO. 657
WHEREAS, pursuant to res®lution of the Council adopted on the 14th day of Mayo
1973 reports were prepared by Orr~Schelen~Mayeron ~ Associates, Inc. , (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to permanent street surfacing, ornamental street lights s
concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto and these reports were received by
the Council on July 9, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
Minnesota:
1 , That the Council wi11 consider the improvement of the districts hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and will consider the assessment of the property hereinafter
ascribed, for benefits from the mal~ing of such improvements, the assessable areas being
as follows:
Street Improvement District No. 6. Bounded on the nortr~ by 66th Street, east by
Portland Avenues south by 73rd Street, and west by East Pleasant Avenue,
Assessable Area . Property abutting improved streets and alleys in Street Tmprovem
mei-~t No. 6 bounded on the north by 66th Street, east by Portland Avenue, by a line
300 feet south of 73rd Street, west by East Pleasant Avenue.
Street Improvement District No. 13. Bounded on the north by 62nd Street, east by
11th Avenue, south by 66th Street, and west by East Pleasant Avenue.
Assessable Area a Property abutting improved streets in Street Improvement Area No.
13 bounded on the north by 62nd Street, east by 11th Avenue, south by 66th Street,
and west by East Pleasant Avenue.

2. A public hearing will be held on:

The Clerk shall give pubr.ic notice of such hearings on the improvements as required
by la~v.
