WHBR~AS, the City of Richfield entered into an agreement to form a
Municipal Cable 'l'el.evision and Coanmunications System on April 24, 1972, and
WIiEREAS, it is felt necessary to amend Article VI9 Section 10 of said
Agreement to allow the Commission to upend funds for travel and subsistence
for its membership, if necessary, in the conduct of its business
NOW, '~HEREf'OR:S, B~ IT R:ESOLVEU by the City Council of .Richfield that
Article VI, Section LO of the Joint and Cooperative Agreement for Southwest
Suburban CA`1'V Study Commission be amended to read as followsa
"V I. Powers and Duties of the Boardo
Section 10. It may investigate the operation of CA"T.'V'V
systems in other cities".
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of
July, 1973.
