RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PERMANENT
STREET CONSTRUCTION ON 76TH STREET FROM SHERIDAN AVENUE TO
X~;RXES AVENUE AND ORDERING WORK TO BE DONE BY CHANGE ORDER,
CITY PROJECT N0. 650, DISTRICT N0. 3.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction o£
permanent street surfacing on 76th Street from Sheridan Avenue to Xerxes Avenue
as proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Plans and specifications for permanent street construction, City Project
No. 615, presented to the City Council on the 9th day of July, 1973 are hereby
approved.
3. WHEREAS, paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto
is now under construction in District No. 3, City Project No. 650, and it is
hereby determined to construct -this permanent street surfacing by ordering the
same to be done pursuant to Contract No. 2137, the existing contract with
Northwest Bituminous Coo. Inc._, by Change Order at an estimated addition to the
contract in the amount of $76,000.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of July,
1973.
