RESOLUTTON ORDET~ING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PERMANENT PAVING, CONCRETE CURB
AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON 75TH STREET FROM
XERXES AVENUE TO SHERIDAN AVENUE

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 29th day of clay,
1973, fixed~a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

by permanent paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property ocaners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of these improvements were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as
required by law, and the hearing was.. held and the property owners heard thereon on the
9th day of July, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota: '
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4941 adopted on the 12th day of March, 1973.
2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby designated as the engineer for
this'improvement® He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of this improvement.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Special Assessment
Construction Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of July, 1973.
