1. A public hearing shall be Meld on the 2~th day of August, 19~~, in the
council chambers of the Richfield City Z~all at 7:00 1';M, to pass upon
such proposed assessment anal at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be he~.rd with reference to such i~s-prove~n.ent.
2. `1~e city clerlk is hereby directed to ca~.se a notice cif hearing on the
proposed s.ssessment to be published in the official newspaper at least
two weeds prior to the he~.ring, a~r~d he shall state in the notice the
total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of fi~9,969.40.
