C~FIEI~:~I~S, by Resolution No. X033, passed by the council on the 9th day of
July, 1973, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of street improvement and oiling, City Proaect No. 6~1; and
C~IHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess=
meat has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.

1. A public hearing shai.l be held on th.e 27th dad of August, 1973, in the
council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:00 p.m, to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be~heard with reference to such improvement.
2. `l`he city clerk is hereby directed to e;ause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he sha11 state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $ 715.68.
