a.s follows >
1. 'I`h.at the cost of street improvement and oiling in the above described
area to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20%°
cif the total cost, or X715.689 and therefore this sum wall be assessed
against privately owned property benefited thereby,
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of 3 years and include
interest at the rate of 8% per annum.
3. 'I"'he city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount t® be assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot9 passe or parcel of
land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law9 and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
4. l"he clerk shs.11 notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
