follows:
1. 1`hat the cost of permanent street construction in the above described area
to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20% of the
total cost, or ~~L0,80®.OOyand therefore this sum will be assessed aga~,nst
privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. `3:`kiat said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of 8% per annum.
3. ?~~:e ~:ity clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be assessed
for such, improvement a8ainst every assessable lot,. piece or parcel of
land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
