1973 the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll of the cost
of si~cewalkr.donstruction, City Project No. 6449 and
~iUFRPAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
HOB, `l"`1~f'ORFg be it resolved by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota9 as followsa
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 27th day of August9 19739 in the
council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at 7x00 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such. time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. `Z`1~e city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing9 and he shall state in the notice the total
assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $19246.81.
