and
WHEREAS, city share of costs have been paid in the sum of ~~,700s00s
NOW, `~REFORE, B~ T.`£ RESO~~lS by the city council of the City of Richfield as

~,, `lhhat the cost of sidewalk construction in the above described area to
be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20°Io of the
total cost9 or ~~.a246.81 and therefore this sum .will be assessed
against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. '£hat said assessment shall run for a period of _5. years and include
interest at the rate of 8°lo per annum,
8. l`he city clerk shall forthwith. calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided
by law, and he shall file a-copy of such. proposed assessment in his office
for public inspections
