WH~1~AS, ~y Resolution No. 5®27a Passed by the council on the 25th day of
June, 1973, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of storm sewer construction, City Project No. 647, and
T~iI~C1~AS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.

1. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August, 1973, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall, at 7x00 p.m., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportun-
ity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. 'The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he sha11 state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$62,446.51.
