1. `mat tree cost of storm sewer construction in the above described areas
to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20'/0 of the
total cost9 or $62,446.51 9 and t'I~erefore this sum wi11 be assessed
against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. ~C2at said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of 8% per annum.
3. `1`he city cleric sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount to be assessed
far such improvement aga.i~st every assessable lots piece or parcel of
land affected without regard to cash valuation9 as provided by 1aw9 a.nd
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
