June9 1973, the city clergy. was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll of
the c®st of st®rm sewer con.5'truction9 City Project No, 646, and
~R~AS9 the city cleric has. notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed. and filed in his office for public inspection.

1® A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August, 19739 in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11, at 7;00. p.m.9 to pass
upon such proposed. assessment and at such time and place all persons
ou~aa.ing property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be beard with reference to such improvement,
2® `f~.e city cleric is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior t® the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
997.58.50®
