City Project No. 645
WHER~AS9 ~y Resolution No. 5023 passed by the council on the 25th day of
Jatne9 1973, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment-roll of
the cost of storm sewer construction, City Project No. 645, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess
went h.as been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,

Minnesota, as followso
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August9 1973,. in
the council chambers of the Richfield Gity Hall, at 7>00 p.m.9 to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such. improvement will be given an
opportunity to be 'heard with reference to such improvement,
2.. '~?~e city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearings and Tie shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$119179..54.
