Storm sewer construction ona
East 67th Street
East 68th Street
Oakland Avenue to Park Avenue
Park Avenue to Columbus Avenue, and
f~HEREAS, city share of costs have been paid in the sum of $11,800 (Est®~,
NOW, `1'HEREI'ORE, BE I~ R8S0'.~,VE:D by the city council of the City of Richfield,
as follows;
1. `t'hat the cost of storm sewer construction in the above described
areas to be. specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least
20% of the total cost, or $11179.549 and therefore this sum
will be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. 'lfhat said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of 8'/o per annum,
3. `3`he city clerk sha11 forthwith. calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for such impra~vement against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection,
4. The clerk, sha11 notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
