WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 5021, passed by the council on the 25th day of
June, 1973, the city cleric etas directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of storm sewer construction, City Project No, 637a and
WHEREAS, the city clerk hats notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, `I'IIER`EFORF, TE I~ RESvLV.EH by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followsa
1. A public hearing sha11 be held ®n the 13th day of August, 1973, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall, at 7:00 p.m., to pass
upon sash proposed assessment a.nd at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. `g'he city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeps prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$ 9,918.39.
