AREAS, city share of costs hasre been paid in the sum of $13,400 (Est..
N01%T, `y'.OEREI'®RE, EE 1`~' RESC:~V.~T~ by the city council of the City of Richfield,
as follows
1. `i'ha.t the cost of storm sewer c®nstruction in the above described
areas to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at 1ea~t
20°Io of the total cost, or ~g,918.39~ and therefore this sum
will. be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. `What said. assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of 8°Io per annum.
3, `1`he city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for s•e.ch improvement against every assessable 1o t, piece
or parcel of land affected w3.tho•ut regard to cash valuation, as
provided by 3,aw, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection.
4. 'the clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment,
