June, 19739 the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of storm sewer constru~'tion9 City project No. 6359 and
W~ZRR~A.S9 the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessP
anent has been completed and ~=s.led in h~.s office for public inspection,

1, A public hearing shall be held on the 13th ds.y of August9 19739 in
the council chambers ®f the Richfield Gity Ha119 at 7:00 p,m,9 to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such tithe and place all persons-
ownix~.g property affected by such improvet~nt wi11 be given an
opportunity to be head with reference to such improvement.
2. `T`ie city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing9 and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$139784,69,
passed by the city council of the Oity of Richfield this 25th day of June9
