i~TEREAS9 Dy Resolution No. 50179 passed by the council on the 25th day of
June, 1973, the city clerl~ was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the Bost of storm sewer construction, City Project No, 634s and
WHER~AS9 the city clergy has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed a.nd filed in his office for public inspection.,.
NOW, THEREIiORE9 EE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of R~,chfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall 'be held on the 13th day of August, 1..973, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:03 pqm. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place alI persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such. improvement,
2. The city clerl~ is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeps prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$1,508.61.
