ASSESSi`~NT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 5015, passed by the council on the 25th day of
June,. 1973, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment ro11
of the cost of storm sewer construction, City Project No. 6339 and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW9 TIiEREFOR~, BE IT RESOZVE73 by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing sha.11 be held on the 13th day of August, 1973, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such tame and place all persons
owning property affected by' such improvement wi11 be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement..
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$ 36,471,79,
