WI~.EREAS, city share of costs have been paid in the sum of $92,325 (Est,,. ,
NOW, `I'HEREI'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
as follor~rs
1. `T'hat the cost of storm sewer construction in the above described
areas to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least
20% of the total cost, or $ 35,471079, and therefor this sum w~.11
be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby0
20 `T'hat said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include
interest at the rate of 8% per annum0
3. ~~ae city clerk sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash. valuation, as
provided by law, and he sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection0
4. `1`tie clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
