RESOLD`PION GALLING HEARING ON AT~'G1iS~ 13, 1933 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR S`IORM SEG~ER GONS`1'RUG~ION
City Project: Noo 631
WI3FR.FAS, by Res®lution Noo 5011, passed by the council. on the 25th. day of
June, 1973, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of storm sewer construction, Gity Project Noo 631, and
WTT~gEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess°
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NO~G1, '~_EREFORE, BE I`f RESOLVED by the city council of the Gity of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followsa
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August, 1973, in
the council chambers of the Richfield Gity 1Ta11 at 7:00 p,ma to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such: time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement,
2. 'lie city e.lerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice t'he total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$62,191x77.
