1® A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of Auguste 19738 in the
council chambers of the Richfield pity 'Aal1 at 700® p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvemea~.t wi11 be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2, ~`he city clerk is her~:by directed to cause anotice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published in the offic~.a1 xlewspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearings and he shall. state. in the notice the total
assessable cost of the improvement in the s:mount of $628775.22.
