RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF CHECK ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF
SURETY BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Continental Oil Company

Location: 6545 Nicollet Avenue South
Use: Major Repair Garage in conjunction
with existing Gasoline Service Station
WHEREAS, Continental Oil Company, 1400 Lilac Drive South, Minneapolis, Mix~nv
esota, had an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to
:545 Nicollet Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No.
2134 and which contract was guaranteed by Check No. 3282 in the amount of $100.00
dra~,rn on the National City Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota., and
WFIEREAS, Continental Oil Company has complied with the provisions of said
agreement and there appears to be no justification for requiring them to continue to
provide security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,

That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the above
