RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Wooddale Baptist Church
7101 Nicollet Avenue South

Use: Church sponsored Youth
Drop-in Center
WHEREAS, Wooddale Baptist Church, 7101 Nicollet Avenue South, had an off-street
parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 7-East 70th Street, whiF;r~
contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2120 and which contract was guarantee~$
by a bond of the Home Indemnity Company, New York, New York, in the amount of $3,000.00,
axe a
WI~EREAS, Wooddale Baptist Church has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Home Indemnity Company of New York, New York now seeks to be relieved of any
further obligation under said bond, and
WI~EREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Wooddale Baptist Church
to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreements
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,

That the City Manager is hereby authorized and direct~:ci °~a release the Home Indemnity
CnrY~pany, New York, New York, for an~° and all acts of GJooddae Baptist Church, committed
oar incurred in violation of Contract No. 2120, on and after the 11th day of June, 1973,
