1.. That. it is hereba~il determined that the bi.d of Bituminous Roadways, Inc.,
2825 Cedar Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota., is the lowest bid by a responsible
bidder for the construction of pity Pra~erts Nos> 6.56A, 656B, 656C, 656D and
656B.
2. That the bid of Bituminous Roadways, Inc. for the construction of thw
above referenced proaect, pan a unit price basis, at the price contained in their
proposal of dune 5, 1~7~ ~sith an estimated cost of $15,870.46 is hereby accepted.
3. That tl~e proposed cvontract between Bituminous Roadways, Inc,, and the
City of Richfield be given ~,~lerk's File X70. ~4~2 and be placed on file, That
the proposed contract for ~:he construction of said city projects is hereby approved
and adopted and the rla~~tsr a$~d manager are hereby authorised and directed to execute
said contract for o~ €~~~ be~iitf of the City of Richfield and the Clerk is authorised
