RESOLU`IION A'C7THORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE
1973 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO Pil'BLTC SAFE'T'Y' DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution Noy 4858 appropriated funds for each department of the
City for the year 1973, which apgropriations were revised by Resolution No. 4874;
and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for various
purposes including emergencies; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to acquire additional office
equipment to improve dictation and reporting of activities in the public safety
department and that it will be necessary to distribute $3,200 to that department
for that purposed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that the sum of X3,200 be transferred from the contingency appropriation to the
Public Safety Department of the General Fund.
