BE ZT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows;
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
conc~rr~te sidewalk on the North side of 78th Street from Portland Avenue to 363 feet
east of Portland as proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Plans and specifications for sidewalk construction, City Project No. 650,
District No. 3, presented to the council on the 29th day of ~iay, 1973 are hereby
approved,
3. WHEREAS, paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto is now
under construction in District No. 3, City Protect No. 650, and it is hereby
determined to construct this sidewalk by ordering the same to be done pursuant to
Contract No. 2137, the existing contract with Northwest I3it~~minous Co., Inc., by
Change Order at an estimated addition ~o the contract in the amount of $2,105.00.
