That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in Off- Street Farking Application No. 73-6, Contract No. 21.43, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as herein- after authorized. 2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off- street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2143, be given Clerk's File No. 9t+33, be placed on le and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be authorized seal the same for and on behalf of this city. 3. That the off-street parking, operator's bond for performance of the conditions of said off-street parking, contract, in the amount of Eight Thousand Three Hundred T"fifty and 00/100 ($3,350.00) llollars an which the American Employers' Insurance Company, Boston, Massachusetts, appears as surety is hereby approved. 4.
