BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows:
1. It is hereby determ~_n:Ad to proceed forthwith with the construction of
concrete sidewalk on the West side of Cedar Avenue from 63rd to 66th Street as
proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Plans and specifications for sidewalk construction, City Project No.
650, presented to the council on the 14th day of May, 1973 are hereby approved.
3. The inclusion of this sidewalk construction in the initial bid price
of Alexander Construction Co. Inc. for paving, concrete curb and gutter and
appurtenances thereto in District No. 14, City Project No. 650, on a unit price
basis, at the price contained in their proposal of April 19, 1973, with an
estimated construction cost of $10,818,00, is hereby approved.
