RESOLUTION APPROVING PLArdS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
ON THE WEST SIDE OF CEDAR AVENUE FROM 400' NORTH OF 67Th STREET TO 146'
SOUTii OF 67TH STREET AND FROM 68TH STREET TO DIAGONAL BOULEVARD AND
ORDERING WORK TO BE DONE BY CHANGE ORDER.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
concrete sidewalk on the west side of Cedar Avenue from 400' north of 67th Street
to 146' south of 67th Street and from 68th Street to Diagonal Boulevard as
proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Flans and specifications for sidewalk construction, City Project No. 650,
presented to the council on the 14th day of May, 1973 are hereby approved.
3. WHEREAS, paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto is now
under construction in District No. 2, City Project Na 650, and it is hereby determined
to construct this sidewalk by ordering the same to be done pursuant to Contract No.
2136, the existing contract with Minnesota Valley Surfacing Company, by Change Order
at an estimated addition to the contract in the amount of $12,316.00.
