1973 a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to sides*alk construction as designated in Resolution No®

NOW, T~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of $2,105.00.
2. A public hearing sha11 be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day
of May, 1973 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m, and the Clerk sha11
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as reeluired by law.
