LE IT P:E50LVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, t•Sinnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 73-5, Contract No. 2144, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorizeda
2. That the proposed off-street parkin; contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2144, be given Clerk°s File Noo
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be
authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for the performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract, in the amount of One Thousand Three Ftundred ($1,300.00
Dollars on which the Seaboard Surety Company, a New York corporation, 90 William Street,
New York, New York, appears as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said of-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance-with Ordinance Code No. 4.05.
