NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of_ Richfield, Minn- Qsota. 1. That such improvement i.~, d~ereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No. 4958 adopted on the 9th day of Apzil, 1973. 2.
