k~fiEliEAS, the Acting Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications
for water cannection services to the following property owned by the City of Richfield
in New Ford Town:
Lots 6 and 8, Block 5
Lots 3, 16 and 17, Block 19
Lot 4, Block 13
Lot 8, 19 and 23, Block 6
Lot 9, Block 14
Lot 6, Block. 7
and
W}-}EREA5, such improvement is in its entirety of a type which under Minnesota law
it is permissible f.or the city to construct by clay labor.
NOW, T}I:EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as
follows:
1. Such plans and specifications shall be given Clerk's File I~ioa9477 and
the same are hereby approved and ordered placed on file. _•~__.._.__.~..~_.~,.v_...~
2. That the Acting Public Works Director shall proceed under the direction of the
City Council and the City Manager, as given from time to time to carry an all the work
in connection with such improvement in accordance with -the plans and specifications
herein approved, keeping such account of all costs and expenses incurred ixi connection
therewith as may be required by law.
3. Financing of said improvement is to be p~°ovided by rnonies from the Water Fund.
Special Assessments hereafter levied by reason of said improvement shall be used as a
source of revenue to repay said Water Fund.
Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of April, 1973.
